Return,Refund & Exchange Policy
To avail of the return and replacement policy, the purchase must be made from BuyJerseyKit Store. Approval is solely at the discretion of BuyJerseyKit Company executives.
Initiate the return process within 24 hours from the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
You can return a product for the following reasons:
- Product is defective or damaged
- Wrong product delivered
Contact BuyJerseyKit Store’s customer support team to initiate a return. They will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (Order ID) number.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. BuyJerseyKit Store does not cover any shipping costs incurred during the return process.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. It will be credited as per the payment gateway’s standard time, typically taking 4-5 working days to reflect in the bank account. Replacement products will be dispatched within 7-10 business days.
